Most of the problems of nations come from our past. The truth is right in front of us if we only realized what really happened. America’s problems can be solved if we pay attention to our history.
History is full of facts that are too often ignored, deemed unbelievable, or dismissed. But, if we don’t recognize that certain events in the past can have far-reaching consequences but did not do anything right, let’s say we had our chance but wasted it. In the history of the United States, there have been forged documents not really out of necessity, but purposely designed to enhance the powers of government. To this day, the American citizen remains trapped by the government bureaucracy that has effectively left each and every one of us powerless to control our own destiny. Looking back at our history, it was during the War of 1812 that the British destroyed copies of the Nobility Titles Amendment to the Constitution. This was done because the Nobility Titles Amendment prevented anyone with ties to the crown of England from holding public office in the United States. When Congress reconvened after the war, they never reinstated the Nobility Titles Amendment. A willful omission that has had far-reaching consequences even to this day.
That was just the beginning of a long list of abuses Congress has inflicted on the American public. By passing legislation without the consent of the American public, the United States that our founding fathers forged is no longer recognized. When the 1871 Act was passed, very little was made known to the general public. If the public had realized what Congress did with the passage of the 1871 Act, perhaps another civil war would have broken out. That law removed our inherent rights as outlined in the original Constitution. But, now those rights became privileges for which those privileges required payment to the government.
It wasn’t until the late 1990s that a few in government and some in the military realized the damage that has been done to the United States by the way that Congress over the years has manipulated the restructuring of our Constitution. All of this was for the purpose of enriching a power elite that has deliberately committed treason. Many of us have not realized the scope and depth of corruption perpetrated against the American public for more than 150 years. It was to that end that the National Economic Security and Reform Act of 2000 was planned, but never enacted.
Tracing why the National Economic Security and Reform Act was initiated is to first realize the enormity of the deception, deception, and even betrayal that has been played out on the American public. To begin with, even today not many realize what the Bankers’ Manifesto has done to the American public. It was in 1892 that Charles Lindbergh Sr. declared: “We (the bankers) must proceed with caution and watch every move that is made, as the lower order of people is already showing signs of relentless shock. Therefore, Prudence will show a policy of apparently yielding to the popular will until our plans are so accomplished that we can declare our designs without fear of any organized resistance. The Farmers Alliance and the Knights of Labor organizations in the United States must be carefully watched by our men trust, and we must take immediate action to control these organizations in our interest or disrupt them. Courts must be called to our aid, debts must be collected, bonds and mortgages foreclosed as quickly as possible. When through the process of law, common people have lost their homes, they will be more manageable and easily governed t through the influence of the strong arm of government applied to a central power of imperial wealth under the control of the financial leaders. The homeless will not quarrel with their leaders. “
The Bankers’ Manifesto as stated by Charles Lindbergh Sr. is quite profound and has had implications that are still true. 12 years after the Bankers’ Manifesto, the Federal Reserve Act was forged not by Congress but by a few surrogates for the world’s richest financiers. All done under the veil of secrecy. The Federal Reserve Act is perhaps the most colossal and devastating fraud ever inflicted on the American public. However, we continue to allow Federal Reserves, which are not managed by the United States government but by a cartel of international bankers who continue to supersede the Constitution in printing currency. What the bankers have done and continue to do is make vast fortunes from the interest they charge by lending money to the United States government.
What FDR did in 1933 by signing HR 1491 turned Federal Reserve notes into fiat currency. Before 1933, all the currency was backed by gold. All it did was create debt. When we relate the Bankers’ Manifesto to United States Senate Document No. 43 in 1934, which stipulates that the ultimate ownership of all property is in the State and individual property is solely by virtue of the Government, we can begin to see by what during the Depression and in each subsequent recession, banks use their powers to increase foreclosures on individual properties.
The long arm of the meddling government that is being manipulated by the Federal Reserve has continued to defraud the public whenever it gets the chance. In the 1970s, there were thousands of illegal farm foreclosures throughout the Midwest. In all cases, banks defrauded farmers with the approval of the Federal Reserve. This was the beginning of why Harvey Barnard began to realize that much-needed reforms had to happen if we were to avoid another repeat of not just the farmers’ claims law, but also the Bakersville lawsuit, where banks again they tried to foreclose fraudulently.
In the mid-1990s, certain members of Congress came together to put together what Harvey Barnard started. This would become the National Economic Security and Reform Act. An act that would remedy the injustices that have plagued this nation for too long. However, the long arm of the power elite, those few ruthless power brokers in the government and the Supreme Court imposed a gag order to deny the existence of the National Economic Security and Reform Law. When we realize what this act would do if enacted, you could very well see why certain individuals would go to the extreme to prevent this act from seeing the light of day.
We have to remember what the Act of 1871 has done to the Constitution of the United States. The Act changed the Constitution from to FOR THE UNITED STATES. That positioned the United States as a foreign entity known as the corporate federal government. Now when we combine what FDR did with the Enemy Trading Act of 1933, all Americans are now classified as enemy combatants under the federal system known as the UNITED STATES. That is why the Reform Law was designed to be improper. The Farmers’ Complaints Act made some, like Harvey Barnard, realize how corrupt our federal government had become.
According to the Jefferson Prophecy, it is our inherited right to remove and replace government and the instruments of that government that have become corrupted. There have been numerous provisions provided by members of Congress that have circumvented and altered the original Constitution. Today, we have a gigantic, intrusive, almost totalitarian state. A state that is nothing like the country our Founding Fathers envisioned.
But when we have a government that has become an oligarchy government and we know a way to end the corruption that has ruined so many lives and livelihoods, our elected officials either fail to recognize it or completely dismiss its validity. The power of wealth that has come to settle in all branches of government is too great a temptation for many elected officials not to ignore.
Changing what needs to be changed now rests with “We the people.” It is time for us to re-educate ourselves knowing the sheer depth of fraud and deception that has been allowed to prevent our return to our heritage that was our birthright, as outlined in the original Constitution with the 13th Amendment intact. Until we all understand that we have the power to change what has become the greatest crime deliberately perpetrated against the American public by our own government, we are condemned to endlessly suffer the consequences of our inaction.
The National Economic Reform and Security Law is synonymous with the Ten Articles of the Confederation of National Economic Reform. Both offer realistic reforms to change the course of history for the benefit of all humanity. Doing nothing will plunge us all into a sea of debt, war, and massive famine. Is that the legacy we want to leave behind?
